These are accepted with every purchase.

  • 1. To receive Technical Support from us it is MANDATORY to have a minimum knowledge of programming and related concepts.

  • 2. SCRIPTS are tested and checked to the millimetre in several bases and servers before being put on sale. 90% of the problems are caused by FAILURE to fill in the CONFIG.LUA and/or by not having any idea about a minimum of programming.

  • 3. The patience and the fulfilment of our SCHEDULE is a fundamental base, we are people and we want to help you, but you have to respect our schedule.

  • 4. Following the terms of TEBEX, we cannot give refunds for money, as they are DIGITAL PRODUCTS. There will only be the possibility to exchange a script for another script or gift card.

  • 5. A cooperative attitude is essential. Messages that defame us or destructive opinions will be deleted. We are here to help you, always with respect and cooperation.

  • 6. In order to open a ticket in Technical Support you must first read the CONFIG, the README and the DOCUMENTATION related to the resource. In most cases the solution is there.

  • 7. If you transfer your resource to someone else, we cannot return the product to you. The reselling of products is prohibited and we are not responsible for any matter related to transfers of resources.

  • 8. It is forbidden to resell any of our products. This is prohibited. Anyone caught doing anything related will be banned and all scripts will be removed.
