COMMANDS

Administrators can give or remove licenses to a player, through these commands:

/givelicense playertypevehicletype

1. player - Player ID

2. type - license type ( driving, weapon or any other valid license from the config )

3. vehicletype - vehicle type ( none (in case it is not a driver's license.), car, truck, motorcycle, boat, plane, helicopter )
